Oh yes.. about the training thing..

The new working place’s environment is horrible, maybe because its too “professional” for me. Serene quiet environment where the only thing you hears is people typing on the keyboard. Other than that, 4 hours of commute is unbearable for me at least. I’d be better of earning a lower wage at a place 15 minutes from my place.
That day, 13th October, I decided not to work there, I even took the courtesy to go and tell the CEO that I dont want to work there. He doesnt understand, he thinks i’m some naive lazy kid who doesnt have discipline in life and doesnt look / know at the wider picture, of what things to come. He didnt let me quit, he told me to go continue my training, and see how it goes. I didnt sign any contract so.. rather than be tired, unproductive, grumpy and 10 ringgit less every day, i took off when the CEO went to lunch. Arr..
So.. i’m still in the same place, coming whenever i want to, wearing whatever i want. Doing things that i like, with friends.
I’ll just have to wait how things will be. We will be strong sooner or later. The sooner the better.
There will always be problem. Its just a matter of how we handle it.
Training Programme.. Me?

Here i am, in a new place, going through a training programme to qualify myself as a software engineer. Well, i cant blame them, they’re playing it safe. I mean who wants to hire someone they hardly even knew to work for them, paying high salary without testing her/him.
While answering the questions, i stumbled upon a section which reads “Working Life Discipline - Hardwork”, so i typed exactly that into google and i bumped into quite a nice article about hardwork, self-discipline. Its a good read. The comment’s good too.
